Deborah Tang Joins Bridge Partners as Partner in the Washington, DC office

WASHINGTON, D.C, May 29, 2017 — Bridge Partners, an executive search firm with unique expertise in attracting and retaining senior, global, diverse executives, today announced that Debbie Tang has joined the firm as Partner. She will be based in Bridge Partners’ Washington, DC office.

Ms. Tang joins the firm from Major, Lindsey & Africa, where she spent over 6 years as Managing Director, In-House Practice Group. Debbie brings deep experience developing innovative senior leadership solutions for Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profit organizations, and government agencies, as well as personally leading numerous General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer searches across a wide range of industries.

Prior to Major, Lindsey & Africa, Ms. Tang was an Associate at Reed Smith and later in-house counsel for Marriott International. She also served as General Counsel of a global restaurant chain and brings an insider’s view of the legal landscape at both law firms and corporations.

Ms. Tang holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from McGill University and received a Juris Doctor degree from Washington & Lee School of Law, where she served on the Editorial Board of The Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice.

She is a frequent panelist on diversity and inclusion in executive recruiting.
