BOSTON, June 27, 2017 — Today CyberSN announces their new office expansion to Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. The office is located at 344 Boylston Street and accommodates CyberSN’s plans to increase its staffing team through the addition of ten staffing professionals. The Boston office provides staffing services for information security professionals and cyber security sales talent on an engaged, contingent or contract basis. The open-space office enables CyberSN to offer onsite sales training services, and serves as a location to host cyber community meetups and networking events.
“For many years, clients have asked me to find them cyber sales talent and provide sales consulting services,” said Deidre Diamond, CyberSN Founder and CEO. “I always knew that one day we would offer this line of business, and when mentee Ryan Andaluz called in mid-2016 for his next career move, this was a perfect time for CyberSN to begin cyber sales and software staffing services. Here we are nine months later and thanks to Ryan’s leadership, we are significantly expanding this business line.”
Diamond is the creator of the Rapid7 sales model and led the increase of Rapid7’s new sales revenue from $800,000 to $20M in four years and their renewal revenue to $30M. Diamond follows this sales model, success and leadership, enabling CyberSN to staff for companies across the 16 critical infrastructure sectors.
CyberSN Managing Director, Ryan C. Andaluz, will lead this expansion. Andaluz has been building sales teams since 2002, when he first worked with Diamond.

Andaluz spent 11 years building a top performing IT staffing practice for Motion Recruitment Partners. He then moved to Recruitment Process Outsourcing leader Sevenstep, where he managed one of their largest RPO client engagements and oversaw a team of 30. In 2013, Andaluz joined Global RPO Provider, Pontoon Solutions, where he was the VP of Commercial Accounts and oversaw the North American portfolio, which included over 15,000 annual hires and a global team of 80. Andaluz is passionate about the staffing business and brings a combination of high-velocity sales experience, leadership and a robust network of sales professionals to CyberSN.
