Cub Barrett Appointed as Senior Vice President, Corkery Group Unlimited

NEW YORK, NY, October 2019 – Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Cub Barrett as Senior Vice President at Corkery Group .

Corkery Group Unlimited is a full-service strategic consulting firm specializing in issue-oriented health and medical communications. They are internationally recognized for their work with some of the world’s most influential health organizations and corporations, helping their clients build reputations and mobilize support for critical health issues among policymakers, the media and the public.

As SVP, Cub is a member of the Leadership Team, serving as a counselor and expert, leading a client portfolio, driving strategic communications and issue advocacy, mentoring and leading an agency team, and developing business.

Cub comes to Corkery from GMHC, where he spent over 2 years as VP Communications & Public Affairs. As a member of the Senior Management Team at GMHC, he managed the communications, marketing, and policy strategy/staff at the world’s first AIDS service organization, which serves more than 13,000 clients each year. During his tenure he helped establish GMHC as a leader in the emerging issue of HIV and aging, as well as re-focused the agency’s policy priority areas. Cub’s prior career includes roles at Friends of the High Line and amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research.
