Crombie REIT appoints Toran Eggert as Executive Vice President, Portfolio Management

Halifax, Canada, August 24, 2017 — Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette is pleased to have assisted Crombie REIT with the recruitment of Toran Eggert as its new Executive Vice President, Portfolio Management, effective August 1, 2017.

“We are very happy to welcome Toran to the Crombie REIT team.  Drawing upon her impressive track record, she will oversee operational execution of Crombie’s business strategy nationally, with responsibility for portfolio management, leasing, construction and mixed-use development projects” says Donnie Clow, President & Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Eggert’s real estate career spans 20 years.  Previously, she was the Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management, Primaris, a division of H&R REIT.  Prior to joining Primaris, Toran held the positions of Vice President, Development Leasing and Vice President, Leasing with Redcliff Realty Management Inc.  In 2008, she took an international assignment with CD Capital Partners as Vice President Leasing in Bucharest, Romania.  Ms. Eggert has also held roles with Ivanhoe Cambridge and The Second Cup.

Originally from Halifax and now based in Crombie’s Mississauga office, she holds a Bachelor of Arts, Economics from McMaster University.
