Our clients at Crete United, a nationwide multi-service building solutions provider backed by Ridgemont Equity Partners, recently announced the hiring of James Woodward as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. James will lead the organization’s human resources (HR) function and provide strategic direction to the CEO and executive leadership team.
James is an accomplished HR executive with over 25 years of experience, including senior leadership roles at Gaia Herbs, Dentsply Sirona, Amazon, Lowe’s Companies, and SPX Corporation. He brings deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, change management, diversity and inclusion, and HR operations.
In his new role, James will drive HR policies and programs to manage the organization’s human capital, facilitate employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture. James will also play a key role in talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and building HR capabilities to enable Crete United’s continued growth.
James holds a Master’s in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science from Wofford College. He is an SPHR-certified HR professional and will be based at Crete United’s headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
