CreditXpert Appoints Jim Hemmer as CEO

(October, 2020) ChampionScott Partners is delighted to announce Jim Hemmer’s appointment as Chief Executive Officer of CreditXpert, an innovative software provider of personalized credit analysis and optimization solutions used by the lending community. Jim will leverage his proven track record developing company strategies, executing business plans, and growing technology enabled companies to continue to drive CreditXpert’s growth in the marketplace.

Previously, Jim was CEO of WorkStride, an enterprise software company and facilitator of incentive, recognition and wellness programs; PE sponsored by The Riverside Company. During his six-year tenure, Jim led the development and execution of a new company strategy, which included rebranding, strategic program design, and customer expansion. Additionally, Jim successfully led WorkStride’s transition from an agency model to a software platform business resulting in the rapid growth of their recurring revenue.

Prior to WorkStride, Jim was President and CEO of Antenna Software, a global B2B enterprise software company. Jim successfully led the company’s growth resulting in their exit to Pegasystems in 2013. Earlier in his career, Jim held leadership roles at ADC Telecommunications / Commtech Corporation, Cap Gemini Telecommunications, and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC).

Jim earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
