CDK Global Appoints Director of Global Talent Acquisition in Search by Hanold Associates

CHICAGO (Nov. 11, 2020) – CDK Global, a $2 billion retail automotive technology company, has appointed Vishu Shankaran as Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Hanold Associates’ Ashley Schiele and Kile Hanold led the search.

Reporting directly to the VP of Global Talent and in partnership with key business leaders and HR centers of excellence, Shankaran will play a critical leadership role in developing and executing CDK’s strategic approach to talent attraction and hiring across the globe in support of the organization’s mission. She will also be accountable for delivering against shared goals such as tech modernization, data and analytics, inclusion and diversity, and values integration.

Prior to joining CDK, Shankaran served in various talent acquisition roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions and Wipro Technologies where she was responsible for talent strategy.
