As the Director of Human Resources, Lisa will oversee, proactively develop and implement creative and best practices programs in Human Resources, Compliance and Wage and Benefits. Lisa will function as a business advisor to senior management at Wellborn Cabinet regarding key organizational and human resource management issues.
With extensive experience in Human Resource Management, Lisa most recently held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager – Manufacturing with H-E-B. Prior to that, she held positions of increasing scope and responsibility with Snyder’s-Lance in plant and regional human resources leadership. Lisa is certified in Human Resources Management with Villanova University.
