(Nov. 2, 2020) Joseph McElmeel, Chairman and CEO of executive search firm Brooke Chase Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful recruitment by its Executive Recruiter, Rick Mohrman of Francisco Davila as Agility Onboarding and Acquisitions Manager for Hardwoods Distribution, Inc.
As the Agility Onboarding and Acquisitions Manager, Francisco will be responsible for overseeing IT and Applications onboarding and the conversion of acquisitions and branch locations not yet converted to Agility use, including data conversion, training and project management. Francisco will supervise 3 specialists in Data and Conversions, Training Tools, and Onboarding Administration.
Francisco brings to this role extensive experience in Agility Management, most recently holding the position of Agility Support and Training Coordinator with Boise Cascade. Francisco received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the College of Idaho and his MBA in Management and Strategy from Western Governor’s University.
