Bruce Pankey joined Pact’s global leadership team as Chief Financial Officer, based in Washington DC, responsible for all aspects of global financial management across the 25 countries where Pact operates. He joins Pact from Catholic Charities USA, where he served as SVP Finance and CFO.

Lucy Berkowitz joined IPA as Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, based in New York City, responsible for leading the global financial and administrative functions. She has over 20 years’ experience in financial, accounting and administrative management in both for profit and nonprofit international organizations. Most recently, she was Chief Financial & Administrative Officer for Natural Resource Governance Institute.
