Brettschneider Executive Search Launches AVP/Controller Search for New England Liberal Arts College

Brettschneider Executive Search has announced the upcoming launch of a search for an Associate Vice President/Controller on behalf of a liberal arts college located less than an hour from Boston. Kim Brettschneider and Joanne DeStefano will lead the engagement.

The institution, which maintains a healthy endowment, is seeking an innovative and collaborative finance leader to join its team. The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days per week on campus, and campus housing is available to the incoming leader.

The salary range for the position is $160,000–$180,000. Benefits include health and dental coverage, retirement benefits, life and disability insurance, and paid time off, subject to eligibility.
