Bret Rogers Joins Signium Peru as Consulting Director

SANTIAGO de SURCO, PERU, January 12, 2018 – As Tasa Worldwide rebrands to Signium Peru in January 2018, we are pleased to announce Bret Rogers has joined the team as Consulting Director effecitve January 1st, 2018.

Bret is a Cum Laude graduate of Business Administration from the University of California (USA) with an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management (USA) and a Masters in International Economic Policy from the University of Belgrano (Argentina). He has also graduated from the Strategic HR Management Program of the University of Michigan (USA) and specialized Executive Global Management Programs in both Chicago Booth (USA) and INCAE (Costa Rica).

Prior to his incorporation to Signium, Bret developed his skills in executive talent from more than a decade as HR Vice President for SABMiller in Peru. Prior to his arrival to Peru, he was Supply Chain Director of SABMiller Honduras Assistant General Manager of the Beer Division and Director of Strategic Planning and Operations of Cerveceria Hondureña (Dole Food Company).

Bret began his career working in a number of other top companies in their respective business sectors: International Auditor for NCR Corporation, various management positions at Walt Disney Company culminating as Finance Director and then with Dole Food Company as Director of Operations Analysis and Planning.

During 2017 in Peru, Bret was Director Coordinator of the University of Piura’s HR Post Graduate programs and Post Graduate Professor of Strategic Management at the University of ESAN as well as Invited Lecturer of CENTRUM Graduate School of Business’ Executive Strategy and Leadership Program.

Bret has accumulated vast experience in management positions in Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Operations and General Management. He has worked in and understands the business environments within Peru, Latin America and the USA. He speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
