Ashley Richards named Managing Partner & South Division Construction Practice Leader at Kaye/Bassman International

Plano, TX – Kaye/Bassman International (KBIC), a Starfish Partners company and leading executive search firm specializing in construction and commercial real estate, proudly recognizes Ashley Richards as Managing Partner and newly appointed Practice Leader for the South Division. In this expanded role, Ashley will oversee the firm’s recruiting operations across Texas, Florida, Georgia, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama.

Ashley Richards has been a cornerstone of KBIC’s Construction & Commercial Real Estate practice since joining the firm in 2010. Over the past 16 years, she has built a highly successful recruiting business, partnering with general contractors, developers, specialty contractors, and end-users to place talent across all levels.

Her work has spanned disciplines including operations, business development, safety, finance, marketing, human resources, and preconstruction, supporting some of the most recognized and respected organizations in key growth markets.

Ashley’s trajectory within KBIC reflects both performance and leadership. After just four years with the firm, she earned Managing Partner and ownership status, demonstrating her ability to build, scale, and lead a high-performing search practice. In addition to her recruiting success, she has played a key role in new client development and strategic marketing efforts across the region.

Following recent leadership transitions across the South region, Ashley has stepped into an expanded role as Practice Leader, bringing continuity, stability, and strategic direction to KBIC’s presence across multiple high-growth markets. Her leadership will unify regional recruiting efforts, strengthen client partnerships, and accelerate the firm’s ability to deliver talent solutions across complex construction and real estate projects.
