Asana Hires Jamie Regan as Business Partner Engineering

(Feb. 15, 2022) Asana, a leading work management platform for teams, has appointed Jamie Regan as People Business Partner, Engineering. Asana partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.

In the role, Jamie will partner closely with Engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to create and execute on people strategies that accelerate Asana’s R&D objectives and enable the company to scale for hyper growth. She will proactively identify organizational needs, evaluate options, develop and drive needed change initiatives to support broader talent strategies and business goals. Jamie will report to Head of Employee Growth and Impact Mike Jordan, and be a trusted advisor on organizational design, change management, people strategy and employee engagement initiatives.

Jamie brings over 15 years of experience to Asana, having recently served as People Business Partner at ride sharing platform Lyft. Prior to Lyft, Jamie held HR leadership roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Guidewire Software, Employee Success and Change Management at Salesforce and HRBP roles at Glam Media and Zazzle.com. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from San Jose State University.
