Antares Capital Retains Hanold Associates for VP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Search

Antares Capital, a leading private debt credit manager, has retained Hanold Associates for its Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion search. Sandra Peña and Katrina Prospero are leading the search for this key role.

Since its founding in 1996, Antares has been recognized by industry organizations in the private debt space. Several of its female leaders have been honored as influential women in mid-market M&A. The company maintains offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Toronto.

The company’s first Diversity, Equity & Inclusion leader will partner with the CHRO, Tracy Raben, and work closely with the firm’s senior executives, to actively drive meaningful change. Dedicated to the development and execution of Antares’ DE&I strategy and supporting the company’s 375 employees, this person will work to build a more diverse workplace and further foster a culture of inclusion and belonging.
