Allegis Partners Places Brydget Falk-Drigan as Executive Vice President, CHRO as Peapack-Gladstone Bank

NEW YORK, NY, April 18, 2018 — Allegis Partners (AP), a global executive search firm, announces the placement of Brydget Falk-Drigan as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Peapack-Gladstone Bank in Bedminster, New Jersey. Brydget will oversee the bank’s human resources function and build upon the bank’s existing strategic plan, success and growth. The search was co-led by Michael Bergen, Managing Partner, and Christine Sobhani, Managing Director, both in Allegis Partners’ New York office; they were assisted by Lora Martinelli, Senior Associate, in Minneapolis.

Prior to joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Brydget was Leader, Global Talent Solutions and People Operations at Dun & Bradstreet Corporation in Short Hills, New Jersey. She spent 14 years in a series of increasingly responsible roles, leading HR operations, systems implementations/enhancements, employment branding, talent acquisition, onboarding and the incorporation of a managed service provider (MSP) program. Additionally, as a senior human resources business partner and winning culture/talent development leader, Brydget provided business partner support to the U.S. Dun & Bradstreet sales organization, helping to drive significant growth through the advancement of a strong performance culture while also advancing the development of the company’s winning culture strategy in support of its aspiration and brand. She began her career with Dun & Bradstreet in Canada, serving as Vice President, Human Resources, prior to relocating to the United States in 2004.

Brydget holds a B.A. in Psychology and Business from the University of Western Ontario, Canada. She is designated as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario and holds a Canadian Human Resource Management Certificate (CHRM) from the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management, University of Toronto.
