Aliya Ayer Joins Global Environmental Non-Profit, The Nature Conservancy, as Their Director of Employee Engagement for the California Division.

Global nonprofit, The Nature Conservancy, recruits Alia Ayer as their Director of Employee Engagement. Placement made by Beth Ann Namey.

Alia was previously the Principle & Head of Data Strategy at Stop Meeting Like This, a consumer services company that works side by side with forward-thinking leaders to help them get their companies from where they are to where they want to be. Prior to this role, she was the Engagement Manager at Trinity Group.

As the Director of Employee Engagement, Alia will support the California chapter of The Nature Conservancy to map out the key stages of employee experience. She will create the professional development programs and training for teams, act as a coach for new managers, and design data-driven action plans based on annual people surveys. Reporting to the executive office, Alia will also provide input on foundational talent topics such as recruiting strategy, compensation philosophy, employee evaluation annual cycle, and internal communications as the organization migrates to a more virtual workforce.
