Alight Solutions Retains Hanold Associates for VP of Global HR Operations Search

Alight Solutions has retained Hanold Associates for their Vice President of Global Human Resources Operations search. Kile Hanold and Keri Gavin are leading the search based in the Chicago area.

The Vice President of Global HR Operations will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR operations including shared services, HR technology, M&A due diligence and integration, strategy and planning, employee relations and project management. Reporting to and serving as a key partner to the CHRO, this leader will ensure effective policies are in place in all geographies to promote Alight’s culture and appropriately manage risk.
