ADK Recruits Deputy Executive Director for The Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority

ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a retained recruitment firm known for its expertise in senior executive searches in the aviation industry, announced the successful placement of Thane Seeley, C.M., as Deputy Executive Director for The Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority. In this role, he will provide operational leadership for Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) and three regional general aviation airports: Capital City Executive Airport, Gettysburg Regional Airport, and Franklin County Regional Airport.

Mr. Seeley is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in airport operations, maintenance, regulatory compliance, safety, and emergency preparedness. He most recently served as Director of Airport Operations at Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA), where he led airport operations, FAA Part 139 compliance, Safety Management System (SMS) implementation, training, budgeting, and operational readiness. He began his aviation career in FBO and aircraft operations before joining XNA in 2013 as an Airport Operations Specialist II. During his tenure at XNA, he advanced through progressively responsible leadership roles, including Deputy Director of Operations and Maintenance, Airport Operations Manager, Senior Airport Operations Manager, and ultimately Director of Airport Operations.
