ADK Completes Senior Manager of Airside Operations Search for The Norfolk Airport Authority

NORFOLK, VA – Jacksonville, Florida-based ADK Consulting and Executive Search announced the successful placement of Joseph Guarino as Senior Manager of Airside Operations for Norfolk International Airport. In this role, he will be responsible for airport safety, operational efficiency, compliance with State, Federal and Local regulations, and supervision of the Operations and Field Maintenance Departments. Mr. Guarino began his new role on January 27, 2025.

Mr. Guarino has more than 40 years of aviation experience, most recently serving as Airfield Superintendent for the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority. In that position, he managed day-to-day airside operations at Buffalo Niagara International Airport. He has also worked for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport as Airport Duty Manager and for Boston/Logan International Airport as Airport Operations Manager.
