ADK Completes Search for The Norfolk Airport Authority for Senior Manager of Facilities

NORFOLK, VA – ADK Consulting and Executive Search announced the successful placement of Gene Bonney as Senior Manager of Facilities for Norfolk International Airport. In this role, he will be responsible for the airport’s Building
Maintenance and Janitorial departments and oversight of the Operational Readiness, Activation & Transition (ORAT) program. Mr. Bonney began his new role on January 12, 2025.

Mr. Bonney has worked for Norfolk International Airport for more than ten years, most recently serving as Manager, Building Maintenance. In that position, he was responsible for safe and efficient operations across all buildings and facilities on airport property and maintained a $9 million+ facilities maintenance budget. He has also worked for the City of Chesapeake Public Schools and Wright-Way Plumbing LLC.
