HOUMA, LA – Jacksonville, Florida-based ADK Consulting and Executive Search announced the successful placement of Ed Jarvis as Executive Director for the Houma-Terrebonne Airport (HUM). In this role, he will lead the airport’s operations and drive its economic development.
Mr. Jarvis began his new role on January 6, 2025. Mr. Jarvis has extensive experience leading operations, project development, and aviation activities. Most recently, he worked for the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) where he served as both IDA Administrator and Airport Manager for the Louisa County Regional Airport. While there, he developed a 10-year Capital Improvement Project to enhance the airport’s economic development. He has also worked for the Federal Aviation Authority as Senior Aviation Operational Research Analyst in the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Integration Office and served in the United States Air Force.

Mr. Jarvis received a bachelor’s degree in professional aeronautical and a master’s degree in aviation / aerospace safety systems & aerospace operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
