This is an exceptional opportunity for an innovative clinical or tenure-track administrator to join a top-ranked School of Nursing (SON). The Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs (SADAA) is a pivotal role as an administrative officer solely focused on facilitating the planning, administration, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the academic programs of the SON, ensuring academic standards and policies of the University, Graduate School, SON, and accrediting and approval agencies are met. As the SON embraces organizational and cultural change, the successful candidate brings a dedicated nursing education background coupled with strong scholarship related to nursing education and/or quality improvement. They embody a combination of innovation and continuous improvement along with a relational, empathetic, team-based leadership approach. This is an on-site position reporting directly to the Dean of the School of Nursing.
