Academic Career & Executive Search (ACES) Selected by Mitchell College for Founding Director of Nursing Search

(September 2024, WEST HARTFORD, CT) Academic Career & Executive Search (ACES), a leading higher education focused executive search firm, has been selected to recruit the Founding Director of Nursing at Mitchell College. Jennifer Muller, Managing Partner, will be leading the search.

Mitchell College, a unique student supportive and forward-thinking institution seeks a visionary Founding Director of Nursing to launch a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN). Reporting directly to the Vice President for Academic Affairs/Dean of the College, the ideal candidate is an experienced, innovative, self-starter motivated to build this new program and leave a lasting impact on nursing education. The Founding Director will now shepherd this new program through to implementation providing administrative and strategic direction for nursing education and leading the nursing program through significant growth initiatives, including professional accreditation. This is a 12-month administrative position with no teaching requirement.
