Academic Career & Executive Search (ACES) Selected by Marietta College for Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM) Search

(September 2023, WEST HARTFORD, CT) Academic Career & Executive Search (ACES), a leading higher education focused executive search firm, has been selected to recruit the next Vice President for Enrollment Management at Marietta College. Jennifer Muller, Managing Partner, will be leading the search.

This role offers an experienced enrollment leader the opportunity to mentor the next generation of enrollment professionals and inspire a new era of growth and sustainability in the Marietta community. The Vice President for Enrollment Management is responsible for all aspects of recruitment, admissions, financial aid, and enrollment planning.  The ideal candidate will incorporate best practices into the College’s processes for recruitment, admission, and financial aid for both undergraduate and graduate programs. Goals include increasing undergraduate and graduate enrollment, meeting net tuition revenue objectives, and increasing the quality and diversity of the applicant and matriculant pools. The successful candidate will craft and implement a highly inclusive and effective institutional enrollment plan, while working collaboratively with colleagues across the College on student persistence initiatives.
