Mr. Craig Whipstock holds an MBA from Madonna University and has served at Washtenaw Community College as the Associate Vice President for Facilities Development and Operations since 2019. Reporting to the President and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, Mr. Whipstock will be responsible for the design, renovation, maintenance and upkeep of all College owned and leased property and facilities at Michigan’s #1 Community College in one of America’s top college cities. Craig’s role will include fiscal responsibility and the ability to assess the impact of decisions on processes and budgets. He will oversee facilities, maintenance, and grounds, and manage major capital construction projects.
