Academic Career & Executive Search (ACES) Places Nursing Instructors at Pasadena City College

(September 14, 2026, WEST HARTFORD, CT) Following a national search, Academic Career & Executive Search (ACES), a leading higher education focused executive search firm, is pleased to announce the successful placement of 5 Nursing Instructors at Pasadena City College.  

Pasadena City College (PCC) has selected Barbara Roces, Michellae Bryant, Heather Anderson, Antonio Macaraeg and Jennifer Ewing as Nursing Instructors. The five will join PCC as a new faculty cohort, educating future nurses and supporting the College’s nursing programs and healthcare workforce needs across Southern California.

Reporting to the Dean of Health Sciences, the Nursing Instructors will begin one-year, 10-month, full-time faculty appointments in Fall 2026. Following successful completion of the first year, they will transition to tenure-track positions, with that year counting toward PCC’s four-year tenure process.
