Zeva Edmondson has extensive experience in leading, monitoring and managing university compliance with Title IX programming. She joins UNR from the University of North Texas where she has been the Title IX Coordinator since 2021. She has also served as Title IX Coordinator at Tennessee Tech University and was Executive Director at Stewart-Marchman-ACT in Daytona Beach, Fla., where she managed administrative and operational components of the Rape Crisis Center. Zeva was the Director of the Victim Service Center of Central Florida and was a Captain in charge of the Support Services Bureau of the Vanderbilt University Police. Prior to these positions, Zeva was a Deputy Sheriff with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in Orlando, Fla. for more than 20 years. She will begin at the University on June 19.
