Randi Mogul has over twenty-five years of experience in higher education residential life across the country. Most recently, Mogul served as the coordinator of campus life at Colorado Northwestern Community College. Previous roles also include Coordinator of Campus Life and Student Activities at Methodist University and Assistant Dean of Residential Commons at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is a member of the National Residence Hall Honorary and has served as an advisor to the Residence Hall Association. Mogul holds an M.S. in organizational management from The Sage Colleges.
