Mariah Doren has over two decades of experience as a leader in art and design education. Dr. Doren has served as the Assistant Provost for Curriculum and Learning at The New School, the Director of Academic Programs, Continuing Education at the Rhode Island School of Design, and Assistant Dean of Curriculum and Instruction at Parsons School of Design. These experiences have made her highly skilled in curriculum and assessment, accreditation, launching curricular initiatives in degree and non-degree formats, and building community. Doren holds a Doctorate in the College Teaching of Art and Design from Columbia University, an MFA in photography from Pratt Institute, and a BA in Architecture and The Growth and Structure of Cities from Bryn Mawr College.
