William Everroad brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning, institutional governance, and organizational leadership. He most recently served as Director of University Faculty Governance at Clemson University, where he advised senior leaders, strengthened shared governance, and led policy development initiatives. He holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University. A seasoned executive advisor with prior service as a Command Sergeant Major, Mr. Everroad is recognized for his ability to navigate complex organizations, build trust, and drive results through collaborative leadership. In his new role, he will support Kansas State University’s Next-Gen K-State strategic plan and its mission as a next-generation land-grant institution. Working closely with the Provost, President, senior cabinet members, deans, and academic leaders, he will help advance academic and institutional priorities, integrate cross-campus initiatives, and ensure operational alignment in a rapidly evolving higher education environment.
