(April 17, 2026, WEST HARTFORD, CT) Following a national search, Academic Career & Executive Search (ACES), a leading higher education focused executive search firm, is pleased to announce the successful placement of Jeffrey Glatstein, securing the role as Chief Information & Technology Officer at Massachusetts College of Art and Design (MassArt).

Jeffrey Glatstein is a technology executive with nearly 20 years of higher education experience leading multi-disciplinary IT organizations. Under his leadership, teams and applications have received recognition for their innovative and transformational achievements.  He most recently served as Senior Manager and CISO at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, where he was the inaugural leader responsible for all aspects of IT infrastructure and implemented the institution’s cybersecurity policies and framework.  Jeffrey earned his BBA in Management Information Systems at Iowa State University. He was especially drawn to this position at MassArt given his background as a ceramics artist. As Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO), Jeffrey will shape the College’s culture, strategy, and technology enterprise, positioning MassArt at the intersection of art, design, and digital transformation.
