Academic Career & Executive Search (ACES) Places Associate Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University

(July 2023, WEST HARTFORD, CT) Following a national search, Academic Career & Executive Search (ACES), a leading higher education focused executive search firm, announced the successful placement of Craig Rhodes securing the role as associate vice provost for faculty affairs at North Carolina A&T State University.

Dr. Rhodes has over 17 years of experience as a tenured faculty member in the UNC System. Since 2019, he has served as the dean of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) at Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC). Previously, he served as the special assistant to the provost and dean of the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences at North Carolina A&T. He has extensive experience in managing faculty affairs and developing and implementing faculty policy and regulations. He holds an M.S. in technology education from North Carolina A&T and a Ph.D. in educational policy and leadership from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
