Katherine Beaumont Doss has more than seventeen years of invaluable leadership experience in higher education, driving innovation and fostering success for both students and employees at the community college and university levels. She joins Dallas College from Palo Alto College, where she has served as the Vice President of College Services, Dean of Student Success, and Director of Advising. Prior to her time at Palo Alto College, she served as an Advisor within the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Doss holds a B.S. in Business Administration & Finance and an M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Ohio State University.
