Quaneshia T. Hamms, CPA, MBA has extensive experience in public higher education finance and most recently served as Interim Vice President of Finance at Grambling State University in Louisiana. She is also an adjunct accounting professor and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), with a research focus on how strategic financial management impacts student success. Ms. Hamms brings a results-driven yet people-centered approach to leadership, and she’s excited to bring that perspective, advancing financial strategy and support for students, faculty, and staff. Ms. Hamms will work closely with the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration (VCFA) and will provide accountability and transparency to the people of Arkansas while ensuring careful management of the university’s financial resources.
