Dr. Cynthia Crawford has more than 27 years of professional service at various universities and holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Kentucky. She comes from California State University, San Bernardino as Faculty Fellow and Interim Associate Provost for Research. As the Associate Dean of Research and Innovation (ADRI), Dr. Crawford will be responsible for developing and guiding implementation of the research agenda for the college in alignment with the university strategic goals and will have oversight over all aspects of the college’s research enterprise. As a member of the college leadership team, the ADRI’s role is of critical importance as the university makes progress towards R1 status.  The ADRI works closely and collaboratively with faculty, department chairs, and staff and reports to the Dean of the Hairston College of Health and Human Sciences.
