Qiu holds a B.A. in Public Administration from Nanjing University (China), an M.S. in Fundamental Psychology from East China Normal University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
Guy Karlebach joins Fitchburg State from The Jackson Lab for Genomic Medicine, where he has been serving as an Associate Research Scientist since 2017. Dr. Karlebach is highly skilled in the computational aspects of inference and a renounced researcher in the field of gene expression. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Israel Institute of Technology, an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University (Israel), and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
