Dr. Teresa Paulk is a healthcare IT executive and educator with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation in hospitals, healthcare systems, and specialty health clinics. At Georgia State University, Dr. Paulk teaches Executive Leadership in Healthcare and Health Economics and Financing. Her extensive career includes expertise in healthcare interoperability, Agile software development, IT systems integration, and leadership development. As the co-founder and COO of StellaVersed Consulting Firm LLC, Teresa applies her experience in leading large-scale IT implementations and strategic planning. At ETSU, Dr. Paulk will help shape and build an innovative, nationally recognized research program in the Department of Computing.

All in-person Computing courses are taught in the recently renovated Brinkly Center, which includes four computer labs, four lecture rooms, and two auditorium-style classrooms.
