Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Retains Hanold Associates for Global Chief HR Officer Search

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is partnering with Hanold Associates in the search for their Global Chief Human Resources Officer based in the Columbus, Ohio area. Lisa Butkus, Keri Gavin and Jason Hanold are leading the search.

Reporting directly to Fran Horowitz, Chief Executive Officer of Abercrombie & Fitch Co., the Global Chief Human Resources Officer will be a key member of the executive leadership team and responsible for all aspects of Human Resources throughout the company. This leader will develop, implement and improve upon human capital programs to support the company’s continued transformation into a global, digitally enabled retail powerhouse that remains a great and inclusive place to work.

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is a leader in retail and a staple of American fashion and culture. The company was originally founded in 1892 in Manhattan, New York, by David Abercrombie. Eventually partnering with the brand’s number-one customer, Ezra Fitch, the company’s product offerings focused on high-end outdoor apparel and recreational sporting goods. The company expanded throughout the following decades, opening stores across the United States.
