ZRG Continues Expansion in Brazil With the Addition of Aline Lex, Financial Services

ROCHELLE PARK, NJ, March 22, 2016 — ZRG Partners, a fast growing global leader in executive search and talent management continues their expansion into Brazil with the addition of Aline Lex who will further develop their growing activities in the region.

Aline will be joining Denys Monteiro in the Sao Paulo office as Head of Financial Services and Private Equity. Prior to joining ZRG, Aline was a Vice President & Partner at a renowned Executive Search firm in Brazil, leading the Financial Services practice. In this role, she conducted several executive search projects for banks, funds and PE invested companies. Before entering the search industry, she was the Country Manager of Veremonte Brazil, an international Private Equity fund. She was also Chairwoman and Member of the Board of portfolio companies, both listed and privately held. With over 15 years of experience in the Financial Sector, Aline worked at the Corporate & Investment Banking and Treasury areas of financial institutions, such as Santander, Citibank, BBVA and Deutsche Bank.
