Building D&I Talent Pipelines for Investment Advantage

Moderator: Dennis Grady Partner – Spire Search Partners

While many industries are making continual strides in their diversity and inclusion hiring efforts, private equity is lagging. Today, just 18 percent of all PE professionals are female, with just 10 percent serving in senior-level roles. For professionals of color and those identified as LGBTQ, the metrics are even more discouraging. In this special panel discussion, experts from private equity and executive search examine how diversity of experience, culture, race, ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation can provide distinct perspectives that engender a rich workplace and stimulate better investment decisions.
