Hanold Associates Recruits Chief HR Officer for American Woodmark

CHICAGO, IL, July 11, 2017 — Hanold Associates recruited Heather Banks as Head of Human Resources for American Woodmark Corporation. American Woodmark (NASDAQ: AMWD) offers over 500 cabinet styles for the remodeling and new home construction market. Its KCMA-certified cabinets are sold through a nationwide network of homebuilders, independent dealers and distributors, as well as Lowe’s and The Home Depot. The company is headquartered in Winchester, Virginia.

Ms. Banks will report to President and Chief Executive Officer, Cary Dunston, and be responsible for all human resources activities and continuing movement of the organization to a performance-based culture, protecting their performance edge as the company grows.

Ms. Banks was most recently the Vice President, Human Resources with Carlisle FoodService Products, a division of Carlisle Companies, and headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
