Charlson Partners Names Head of Southern California Operations
September 17, 2015 – Charlson Partners, an executive search firm focused on enterprise technology solutions, has appointed Lisa Grinde Hovagimyan as partner and head of its Southern California operations.
With over 15 years of experience in executive search, Ms. Hovagimyan has global executive recruitment and search experience within the hi-tech, software, telecommunications, consumer technology, life-sciences & healthcare IT, manufacturing & electrical, environmental engineering & consulting, global real estate development and financial services industries. She has a diverse client portfolio in various areas of discipline, including sales, marketing, services, operations, finance, HR & talent, among others.
Most recently, Ms. Hovagimyan was an executive search consultant with Danaher Corporation supporting the Beckman Coulter LifeSciences division for executive recruiting consulting services. She formerly spent 18 years with Recruiting Consultants Inc., a boutique New York City based recruiting and consulting firm.
