Wilton & Bain welcomes Laurence Ashby to lead their European Private Equity Practice

(September 9, 2024) Laurence joins Wilton & Bain after building a highly successful Private Equity practice. Before pivoting to technology consulting and global search and advisory, he spent nearly two decades in media and advertising, driving client engagement across a range of verticals while building and managing large-scale teams.

In his role at Wilton & Bain, Laurence will lead the European Private Equity practice, providing full lifecycle support, including origination, domain expertise for commercial due diligence, deal brokerage, pre-deal leadership review, post-deal alignment for value creation, C-level leadership transitions, M&A targeting, and mid-flight sell-side support prior to exit and fund introductions. Additionally, he will offer extensive network access to Chairs, NEDs, and Operating Executives.
