VSE Aviation Partners with ADK to Recruit Vice President MRO

ADK Consulting and Executive Search, a prominent boutique executive search firm, partnered with VSE Aviation to recruit Mike Rezman as Vice President MRO. As a senior member of the leadership team, Mr. Rezman will be responsible for shaping strategies that drive market share and enhance customer engagement. Headquartered in South Florida, VSE Aviation provides services and parts for Commercial, Cargo, Business/General Aviation, Military/Defense, and Rotorcraft customers globally.

Mr. Rezman has a strong background in MRO services, as well as general management, business development, operations, sales, and engineering. Most recently, he was Managing Director for Kellstrom Aerospace where he focused on growing the distribution business via new product development and obtaining new OEM lines. He has also worked for StandardAero, holding the titles of Sector Vice President of Accessory MRO and Vice President of Business Development.

Mr. Rezman received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic University. He went on to receive a master of business administration in International Business from the University of Miami.
