Raquel Gallant New Managing Director at TurningPoint Exec SearchWeeks after celebrating her three-year anniversary with TurningPoint Exec Search, Raquel Gallant has been promoted a second time, to Managing Director.

Raquel demonstrates high-quality leadership, client engagement, and mentorship since she began with TurningPoint Executive Search in 2019. Her experience in the recruiting industry and leadership skills far surpass her years. She prioritizes her team’s professional development and personal growth and her easy rapport with them enables the recruiters to partner with her when challenges arise, trusting she will help them develop solutions. Through weekly recruiting team meetings and consistent one-on-one conversations, she creates a culture of collaboration.

As a valuable leader of the TurningPoint Recruiting team, Raquel has successfully completed multiple Executive and Mid-level searches, including President, CEO, Executive Director, COO/VP operations, GM, CMO, SVP Sales, VP Sales Operations, and Sales Director. Her extensive experience in recruiting, career coaching, and human resources is backed by a degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco. In 2021, she was awarded the TurningPoint Touch the Sky Award in recognition of Raquel’s leadership, commitment to her community, and passion for growth.
