Wendy Brown-Blau is Managing Partner of Westmont Search. Westmont Search specializes in retained executive search for managed care, hospitals and health systems. They have been named one of the top retained search firms. Wendy has extensive management experience spanning more than 20 years in insurance, managed care and government contracting. She served in several executive roles spanning twenty years at Blue Cross, CIGNA and HealthAmerica. These included Senior Vice President and General Manager of Pennsylvania Managed Care, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice President of Product Development and Medicaid Programs. Wendy uses her experience as a manager and executive to find her clients the best talent, the right fit and the commitment that they are looking for.

Wendy earned her undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, majoring in English and Classics. She also attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is AMA certified in Accounting and Healthcare Financial Management.
