Terry McGovern

Terry McGovern is Managing Director at Foster & Associates where he conducts Board of Director, CEO and other senior leadership executive search assignments. Mr. McGovern is a seasoned search consultant who spent 18 years with Korn/Ferry International, most recently as a Senior Client Partner in the Worldwide Industrial Practice.

During this time McGovern had matrix responsibility for leading the Capital Equipment and Components Sector and the development of strategic initiatives, coordinating the activities of 30+ Industrial Partners located throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, So/Latin America, Europe and Asia.

Terry handled key management assignments at the Board of Directors, C-Suite and senior management levels for clients including GE, Ingersoll Rand, ITT Corporation, Siemens, Thyssen Krupp, American Standard and IBM. Earlier in his career, Terry was the Managing Director of the Korn/Ferry Stamford, Connecticut office, which was one of their best performing offices.
