Subhi handles full-cycle recruiting from Research Associate all the way up to Vice President-level roles. She also assists with sourcing, screening, and outreach for Director and Vice President level positions. She holds a PhD and two postdocs in Epigenetics. Before recruiting, she worked in scientific editing.
