Strohm has worked with clients like hims & hers, Babylist, Techstars, Terminus, Rally, Class Dojo, and Bombas. She focuses on marketing and GTM specialized roles at the VP and Director levels across B2C and B2B clients.

Strohm began her recruiting career at a boutique firm as a recruiter for high-growth venture capital and private equity-backed companies. There she quickly excelled by hiring for and helping to scale both B2C and B2B companies. She has a client-centric mentality that contributes to her ability to support her clients in a way that both drives results and fosters true partnership. She is passionate about helping industry-leading management teams transform through diverse and innovative talent strategies.

Strohm holds a BA in Marketing from Mississippi State University.
